Picture 1) This was the first stage for the development. I used charcoal to shade in the areas of the skirt for the outline. Picture 2) Once i had completed this I used yellow,red and orange ink with turpentine and created and abstract piece by smoothing the turpentine combined with the ink over the charcoal. Picture 3) When this was completed, I used charcoal and pastel to complete the cubist/geometric lines over the background picture.
